About Shipment

We ship the goods via UPS / DHL / FedEx / 4PX

Free shipping areas: Australia, Canada, United Kingdom, United States, Switzerland, Belgium, France, Israel, Indonesia, Philippines, United Arab Emirates

Non-shipping regions and countries: Brazil, Germany, India, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Sweden

Normally, we (seller) bear the shipping fee, meaning free shipping for buyers. In some cases (when the total of the order is less than $30), the buyer needs to pay $26 for shipping.

In the following scenarios, the fees will be borne by the buyer:

  1. The tariffs will be paid by the buyer should it arise in the recipient's country.
  2. The part of cost due to delay of delivery on the buyer's responsibility, or modification of address.
  3. Costs that arises due to the buyer's cancellation of the order halfway, or return of goods.

 

Handling & Delivery Time

Shipment in 48 hours after payment. 2-3 working days delivery to USA, Canada and UK. 3 working days delivery to Europe & one week to African countries and South America.

Delivery time may be delayed due to differences in different regions, or the impact of force majeure factors such as the COVID-19. Please wait patiently~

Helpful Hints

  1. In normal circumstances, the local shippers deliver packages on workdays (- Fri.). It is highly recommended that you choose an address where you can receive the package on workdays as the shipping address to ensure your parcel is delivered to you safely. Kindly keep your phone on for the shipper to contact you.
  2. In the shipping services we use, a customer's signature is required. Kindly make sure that you or an authorized person is present at the shipping address. We do not take responsibility for any loss or theft of the package should there be a signature file at the shipping address.
